Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is hiring for an Assembly - Console Wiring role in North Carolina. The position involves assembling decks, wiring, carpet installation, and final assembly of boats, with emphasis on careful fitting and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities include reading measurements, drilling, trimming for fit, and ensuring the boat passes final checks before shipping. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for apprenticeship or related associate-level

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Former Apprenticeship or associates degree preferred.
• Experience: One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-cuts fiberglass mat for bulkhead to hull joining.
• Drills holes for screws/bolts to secure accessories.
• Installs parts using screws, bolts, brackets and clamps.
• Trims openings and carpet for proper fit.
• Joins deck to hull and applies bulkheads to hull.
• Checks electrical wiring system and overall assembly.
• Audits boat for final shipping.
