Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting boats and ATVs, deliver friendly service, and guide purchases with current product knowledge and pricing information. You will engage customers, maintain showroom presentation, and coordinate with the service department to ensure smooth delivery.

This role requires a high school education, strong communication, and ability to use POS and CRM tools.

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
Ability to operate computer systems and POS registers.

Responsibilities

Assist Boat & ATV customers in determining needs and informing buying decisions.
Engage customers entering the department promptly and helpfully.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and accurate signage.
Keep current on product knowledge and promotions.
Generate and manage leads in CRM and document follow-up activities.
