The role requires basic education, manual dexterity, and color-vision accuracy, with duties spanning cleaning, decal application, and general maintenance in a dynamic shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools.
• Precise color discernment required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and finalize boat components during rigging.
• Cut hoses and trim parts to fit boat models.
• Drill holes and secure accessories with screws or bolts.
• Install assigned parts and accessories using securing devices.
• Clean boats with chemicals and apply decals.
• Change vacuum filters and maintain parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
