Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking a skilled Boat Assembler to read blueprints, fit hulls and components, and ensure precise alignment using hand and power tools. You will perform quality checks and maintain safety standards on a non-climate controlled shop floor.

The role requires attention to detail, basic reading/writing, and the ability to work with MRPs and standard procedures. Onsite, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret instructions, drawings, and work orders for boat assembly.
• Assist in aligning and fitting hulls, decks, cabins, bulkheads, and components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to achieve precise tolerances.
• Participate in quality checks and address defects with QA.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to assemble boats.
• Assemble hulls, decks, cabins, bulkheads, and other structural elements.
• Ensure proper alignment using hand tools, power tools, and precise measuring instruments.
• Perform quality checks and address defects with the QA team.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report issues immediately.
