Boston Whaler, part of Brunswick Corporation, is seeking an Assembly professional in Edgewater, FL to build boats and marine vessels. You will read technical drawings, fit hulls and components, and use hand and power tools to meet precise tolerances.

The role emphasizes quality checks, safety compliance, and teamwork with technicians, engineers, and designers. Candidates should have basic math/reading skills, and be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds; prior mechanical fabrication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1+ year related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read/hear, interpret and relay instructions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings to assemble boats and marine components.
• Align and fit hulls, decks, bulkheads using hand and power tools.
• Perform quality checks and coordinate with QA to meet specs.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and designers on tasks.
• Maintain tools and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Complete tasks within production schedules.
