Job summary

Brunswick's boat assembly team is seeking detail-oriented individuals to assemble boats, read blueprints, and install components. You will use hand and power tools, maintain precise tolerances, and participate in safety and quality processes.

Team collaboration is essential as you support colleagues, train others when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor. A high school diploma or GED with basic computer skills is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1+ year related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read/hear and exchange information with others.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and work orders to assemble boats.
• Ensure proper alignment using hand/power tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Perform quality checks and address issues with QA team.
• Follow safety protocols and report safety concerns immediately.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and train others when needed.
• Maintain and care for tools/equipment and keep the work area organized.
• Complete tasks within production schedules and deadlines.
• Actively participate in process improvements to boost efficiency.
