Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking an Assembler to join the Lowe Boats team. You will assemble aluminum boats and sub-assemblies, either at a bench, in a boat, or on the shop floor, following blueprints and internal processes.

The role requires standing for extended periods, bending and twisting during a 10-hour shift, with emphasis on safety and quality. Team collaboration and reliable attendance are essential for success in this hands-on manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and team player with safety awareness.
• Must stand, bend and twist for a 10-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners; uses jigs and gluing.
• Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and shears to ensure close fits.
• Operates drill presses, punch presses, air tools or riveting machines to assist assembly.
• Installs seats, bases, pedestals, consoles, cables, controls, graphics, etc.
• Follows quality systems procedures and performs other duties as assigned.
