Job summary

BayPaws Pet Resort in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Boarding PM Team Lead to guide the afternoon and evening boarding crew and ensure exceptional pet care, safety, and five‑star service.

You will supervise daily routines, monitor pet behavior, handle feeding and care updates, and communicate clearly with staff and pet parents while upholding BayPaws’ luxury standards; must lead with teamwork, reliability, and love for animals.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of experience working with multiple breeds and personality types.
• Is comfortable working afternoons and evenings (until 10 PM).
• Can lift at least 40 lbs to assist with pets and supplies as needed.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to the table.
• Shares our love for pets and commitment to their well-being.
