What You’ll Be Doing

As the Boarding PM Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our boarding operations run smoothly and our guests (both pets and their owners) have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the evening boarding operations and ensuring all pets are cared for according to BayPaws’ high standards.
• Leading and supporting the PM team to maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for our furry guests.
• Monitoring group play sessions and individual activities to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Communicating with pet parents about their pets’ stay and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Assisting with feeding, cleaning, and enrichment activities to keep our guests happy and healthy.
• Ensuring all protocols and procedures are followed for the safety and well-being of pets and team members.
