Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide logistics support for Principals, ensuring the safe and smooth turnaround of vessels and managing vessel requirements and vendor services. The role includes vessel boarding as needed and delivering customer-focused operations compliant with maritime regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Maritime Transportation preferred.
• Prior marine agency experience is desired but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Maritime Transportation or related major preferred
• Prior experience in marine agency field desired, but not required
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Must possess reliable transportation and a valid non-expired state driver's license and vehicle insurance coverage
