b.well is transforming how healthcare consumers find and receive care with a data-driven platform and mobile apps. We are hiring an FP&A Manager to be the CFO's right hand, owning the financial narrative as the company scales from 10x growth.

You will build the operating model, deliver investor-grade reporting, and drive scenario planning while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to balance growth and burn. This is a pivotal role in shaping the finance function.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in FP&A or related roles.
• Strong fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC payback, and Rule of 40.
• Ability to build clean, auditable, scalable financial models.
• Experience with Looker/Tableau/BI tools and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine a driver-based operating model that scales with growth.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly board materials and investor updates.
• Run scenario planning and assess capital efficiency and cash runway.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and R&D on pipeline and headcount planning.
• Evaluate FP&A tooling and help implement scalable reporting infrastructure.
• Own data room exhibits, cohort analyses, and model stress-tests for fundraising.
• Contribute to designing and growing the FP&A organization.
