Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a variety of confidential activities related to Board and Senior Management functions.
  • Administer the secure Board portal and related governance software.
  • Prepare Board materials, agendas, and correspondence with directors and executives.
  • Monitor governance calendars and assist with Director onboarding and orientation.
  • Draft Board and Committee meeting minutes, resolutions, and governance documents.
  • Assist with subpoenas, legal requests, and regulatory matters as needed.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and maintain professional relationships.
