Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Three years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to interact professionally with business clients and senior management.
• Advanced technology skills with Excel (macros, pivot tables, lookups, filtering) and PowerPoint.
• Strong teamwork, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates the highest level of discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an extensive database of director candidates.
• Meet with external director candidates referred by JPMorgan bankers.
• Develop creative solutions to address client needs.
• Oversee follow-ups, including search referrals and networking connections.
• Support the planning and execution of events in regions outside the United States.
