Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of professional experience.
• Professional interaction with clients and senior management.
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an extensive database of director candidates.
• Meet with external director candidates referred by JPMorgan bankers.
• Develop creative solutions to address client needs.
• Oversee follow‑ups, including search referrals and networking connections.
• Support planning and execution of events outside the United States.
