Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate or Analyst on the Director Advisory Services team to strengthen relationships between public company board directors and JPMorgan.

You will assist with board-level appointments, curate content for the JPMorgan Director Community, and coordinate events with senior investment bankers for corporate board directors. You will interact directly with C-suite and board-level clients, working alongside senior bankers to deliver strategic advisory support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Three years of professional experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with business clients and senior management.
• Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, lookups, and filtering.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and proactive multi-project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; high discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a database of director candidates.
• Meet with external director candidates referred by JPMorgan bankers.
• Develop creative solutions to address client needs.
• Oversee follow-ups, search referrals, and networking connections.
• Support planning and execution of events outside the United States.
