Job summary

ProRehab Physical Therapy in Evansville, IN is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our patient-centered team. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 per year and may include a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, with productivity incentives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.
