Qualifications

• Board-certified in internal medicine, family medicine, or related specialty.
• Must possess and retain a license to practice medicine in Connecticut.
• Experience with adolescent through adulthood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 medical supervision and direct care in infirmary settings.
• Lead multi-disciplinary treatment teams and coordinate medical staff.
• Review treatment plans, diagnoses, and discharge plans for compliance.
• Develop QA/QI initiatives and oversee charting with EHR.
• Attend meetings on medical policy and participate in court-related duties.
