Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for remote work, open to part-time or full-time schedules. Eligible candidates must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border.

The role offers a $1,000+ sign-on bonus and an hourly rate of $80–$90 based on experience, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, caregiver training, and data-driven program adjustments.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with BACB.
• Experience clinically with children and families in ABA settings.
• Knowledge of data analysis and ABA software beneficial.
• Familiarity with Dr. G. Hanley’s holistic ABA approach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person following BACB standards.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Perform FBA and FA when clinically appropriate.
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed.
