Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based BCBA for the 2026-2027 year in Columbia, SC. This on-site, full-time position offers collaboration with districts and a pathway to impact student outcomes.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and provide direct ABA services in classrooms and pull-out settings, while training staff and contributing to IEP meetings. Join a supportive, growth-oriented team with strong mentorship and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and active state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify function of behaviors and inform interventions.
• Develop and implement BIPs aligned with IEP goals.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and teams to ensure consistent supports.

• Design and deliver professional development on ABA practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in ABA.

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for BCBAs in a variety of settings. What You’ll Be Doing*:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors and inform interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that align with students’ IEP goals.
• Provide direct, evidence-based behavior analytic services to students in classroom and pull-out settings.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior supports.
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and school staff on data collection procedures and positive behavior strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavior-related recommendations and progress updates.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for students exhibiting severe or unsafe behaviors.
• Design and deliver professional development sessions on applied behavior analysis best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in ABA and school-based behavior support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.
• Active state BCBA licensure or certification in the state where services will be provided.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in educational settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced school environment.
• Commitment to positive, student-centered behavior support approaches.
