Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based BCBA for the 2026-2027 year in Columbia, SC. This on-site, full-time position offers collaboration with districts and a pathway to impact student outcomes.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and provide direct ABA services in classrooms and pull-out settings, while training staff and contributing to IEP meetings. Join a supportive, growth-oriented team with strong mentorship and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and active state licensure.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in educational settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced school environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify function of behaviors and inform interventions.
• Develop and implement BIPs aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct ABA services in classrooms and pull-out settings.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and teams to ensure consistent supports.
• Train and supervise RBTs and school staff on data collection and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavior-based recommendations.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for severe behaviors.
• Design and deliver professional development on ABA practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in ABA.
