Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in New Mexico is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, and lead a collaborative ABA team. You will supervise RBTs, analyze data for decisions, and train caregivers across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes ethical care, strong communication, and family-centered collaboration to help children gain meaningful skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care.
• Passion for helping children build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.

Responsibilities
