Job summary

Healing Haven, a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic for children with autism, seeks a BCBA to lead ABA therapy programs and supervise clinical staff in Michigan. The role emphasizes family-centered care, parent training, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will design and monitor treatment plans, provide staff training, ensure compliant documentation for insurance reimbursement, and contribute to program development and research.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Michigan Behavior Analyst license is required.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism.
• Ability to maintain a caseload within a structured clinical model.
• Managerial experience preferred but not required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Positive leadership attitude under stress.
• Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services.

Pay Range: $80,000–$110,100
(Total annual compensation, including bonus incentives)

We are a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-12. Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
