Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - St. Louis, MO
Empire ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in St. Louis, MO. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their natural environments, providing individualized behavioral therapy plans and supervision to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This is a part-time position with the potential to ramp up to full-time as caseload grows.
Start: Part-time (ramping hours as cases begin)
Track: Part-time → Full-time as caseload grows
Setting: In-home and/or school-based (based on preference and client needs)
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and provide clinical direction to RBTs and other team members
Collaborate with caregivers and families to implement treatment plans and provide training
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and therapy sessions
Coordinate with the team on clinical planning, scheduling, and client communication
BCBA certification
Active Missouri LBA
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
Experience supervising RBTs is preferred but not required
