Job summary

Empire ABA seeks a highly motivated BCBA in St. Louis, MO to provide individualized behavioral therapy plans and supervision for RBTs.

This part-time role offers potential to ramp up to full-time as caseload grows, with in-home and/or school-based settings based on client needs. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervising RBTs, caregiver training, and thorough progress documentation, with coordination on scheduling and client communication.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Active Missouri LBA license is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Job Summary:

Empire ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in St. Louis, MO. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their natural environments, providing individualized behavioral therapy plans and supervision to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This is a part-time position with the potential to ramp up to full-time as caseload grows.

Position:

• Start: Part-time (ramping hours as cases begin)

• Track: Part-time → Full-time as caseload grows

• Setting: In-home and/or school-based (based on preference and client needs)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide clinical direction to RBTs and other team members
