Beyond Core Therapy in Lee Summit, MO is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team. You will lead the development and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $85-85/hour
• Shifts: Flexible caseload of 1-5+, based on your availability
• Location: Lee Summit, MO- In-Person

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
