ABA Squad in St. Louis, Missouri is hiring two full-time BCBAs to join our growing clinical team. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, administrative and clinical support, and a environment that values your clinical voice and professional growth.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and using data-driven decisions to guide client progress. Competitive pay with sign-on and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Missouri behavior analyst license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, skill-acquisition programming, and behavior-reduction procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Monitor client progress and make data-based clinical decisions
• Provide caregiver training and support
