ABA Squad Inc. is seeking two full-time BCBAs to join our St. Louis clinical team.

This hybrid role combines clinical supervision with flexible scheduling, allowing remote treatment planning and caregiver training. Competitive salary in the $85,000–$100,000 range with a sign-on bonus and generous benefits. Qualified candidates will hold an active BCBA certification and Missouri license (or eligibility), supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and partner with families to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current Missouri BCBA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, skill acquisition programming, and behavior-reduction procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor client progress and make data-based clinical decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure ethical, clinically sound, and high-quality service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Salary: Earn between $85,000 – $100,000, based on your experience.
