Job summary

Dr Hill Educational Services in New Haven, CT seeks a licensed BCBA to provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings.

The role will supervise a team of behavior technicians, conduct FBAs and develop BIPs, review cases, document supervision sessions, and provide family support and training to families involved.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians.
