Job summary

Applied ABC is a leading provider of behavioral health services supporting children with diverse learning needs. We are seeking a BCBA with strong clinical and collaborative skills to implement ABA programs in our district.

You will conduct FBAs, develop and implement BIPs, provide direct ABA therapy, and train school staff while collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent intervention and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of ABA therapy experience, preferably in education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to students using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent BIP implementation.
• Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.

Who We’re Looking For

Are you a passionate and dedicated behavior analyst with a commitment to improving the lives of children? We're seeking a skilled professional who utilizes evidence-based practices and compassionate care to support students in our district.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, on site at the school during school day, some remote

Pay: $75-$90/hr or $85-$95k/yr

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in an educational setting.
