Job summary

Reach Higher ABA in Rochester, NH is seeking a compassionate, motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our school-based team. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families, teachers and other professionals to support student progress.

You will conduct assessments, create and monitor ABA plans, maintain CentralReach documentation, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education or a related field.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Experience supervising RBTs or paraprofessionals preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• CentralReach experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
