Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC in Cypress, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead data-driven ABA services for children and families in a collaborative, supportive setting.

You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train families, and work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and state licensure as required.
• 1–2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Collaborative, team-oriented and ethical practice.
