Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC in Cypress, TX seeks a Bilingual Behavioral Technician/Therapist to support children with ABA and speech challenges. You will implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and track progress with supervision from licensed professionals.

You will engage families in English and Spanish, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing training to grow professionally within a nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly in ABA therapy.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and training as required by the state.
