Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Qualified Behavior Analyst for a full-time role in Humble, TX. You will develop ABA-based treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support children and their progress.

The candidate will analyze data, ensure ethical practice, and engage in ongoing professional development within a collaborative team environment. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and state licensure as required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities
