Job summary

Total Care ABA in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA treatment plans for children aged 2-14. The role includes supervising RBTs, analyzing data, and updating programs to ensure progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Must reside within driving distance of Salisbury NC.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.
• Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs.
• Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
• Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
• Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.
• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
