Job summary

Total Care ABA in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA treatment plans for children with ASD, supervise RBTs, and provide caregiver training. Hybrid in-center and flexible work options are available to support work-life balance.

The successful candidate will analyze data, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to promote progress across ages 2–14, while ensuring quality and compliance with funding sources.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification as required for the role.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and provide coaching to the team.
• Strong data-driven approach to ABA treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing feedback and training.
• Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
• Complete progress reports and data analyses for funding sources.
• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans as needed.
• Utilize VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, ABLLS, AFLS, PEAK, and similar tools.

• Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
• Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.
• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
