Total Care ABA invites a BCBA to join our in-center team in Jacksonville, NC. We offer hybrid schedules and a supportive environment for improving outcomes for children with ASD.

The BCBA will lead treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train caregivers while coordinating with families across diverse backgrounds. This role focuses on data-driven progress for ages 2-14 and requires ongoing assessments and program updates.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Must reside within driving distance of Jacksonville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.

• Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs.

• Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.

• Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).

• Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.

• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
