Job summary

Innovative Counseling, Inc. is seeking a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) to provide ongoing clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Therapists at our Green Bay center.

The role emphasizes in-person supervision, treatment planning, and data-driven decision making to support high-quality care. You will collaborate with families and staff, develop and review treatment plans, manage assessments, and ensure compliance with Wisconsin Medicaid/ForwardHealth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Wisconsin licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical clinical practice.
• Familiarity with Wisconsin Medicaid/ForwardHealth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical oversight, direction, and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide required in-person supervision and face-to-face clinical activities at our Green Bay center.
• Develop, review, and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior-analytic programming.
• Complete and oversee initial assessments and semi-annual re-assessments.
• Develop and maintain Prior Authorization (PA) documentation and supporting clinical materials.
• Review client data and make data-based treatment decisions.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and support to RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation.
• Ensure documentation and clinical practices align with Wisconsin Medicaid/ForwardHealth requirements.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and other members of the client's care team.
• Participate in the continued development and growth of the Autism and Behavioral Services program.

Job description

Clinical services, RBT supervision, and required face-to-face activities are completed on-site at our Green Bay center. Documentation, data analysis, treatment planning, report writing, and other administrative tasks may be completed remotely when appropriate.

No Travel Between Clients

Our services are center-based, eliminating travel between client homes and allowing you to spend more of your workday focused on clients, staff, and clinical responsibilities.

Administrative Support

Our operations team assists with scheduling, authorization coordination, and billing tracking, allowing you to spend more of your time focused on clinical care, data analysis, treatment planning, and staff mentorship.

Focus on Quality Clinical Care

We believe BCBAs should have the time and support needed to make thoughtful, data-driven clinical decisions and provide meaningful supervision and mentorship to their team.
