Lumino ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Winter Haven team. This on-site role offers flexible hours within a school-based context and competitive pay, with mentoring from a clinical director and opportunities to participate in assessments.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools and families to ensure high-quality ABA services across Orlando/private school networks.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and Medicaid license must be active.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred; newly certified BCBAs welcome.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized BIPs.
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments
• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Active Medicaid license (required)
