Lumino ABA LLC in Orlando seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Southwest/Central Orlando with flexible hours and competitive hourly pay.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, collaborate with schools and families, and contribute to diagnostics when needed. Hybrid remote work in Southwest/Central Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Medicaid license required.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience preferred; newly certified BCBAs welcome.
• Strong ABA knowledge and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized BIPs.
• Provide BCBA supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments
• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)

Qualifications and Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Active Medicaid license (required)
