Lumino ABA LLC in Orlando is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team serving school and home-based clients. You will supervise RBTs, develop BIPs, and collaborate with schools and families to deliver high-quality ABA care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Medicaid license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome).
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as a BCBA while being team-oriented.
• Reliable transportation to school and home-based client locations.
• Passion for providing high-quality care to children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized BIPs.
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).

• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)
