Lumino ABA LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school and home settings in the Orlando area. Join a collaborative clinical team with growth opportunities into diagnostics and leadership roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized BIPs.
• Provide BCBA supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).

At Lumino ABA LLC, we're dedicated to providing a comprehensive approach to ABA therapy, and we're seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Orlando-based team. As a BCBA with our organization, you'll work in school and home settings, collaborating with a strong clinical team and having opportunities to grow into diagnostic and leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments

• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation

• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development

• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

• Active Medicaid license (required)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome)

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently as a BCBA while being team-oriented

• Reliable transportation to school and home-based client locations
