Lumino ABA LLC in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join a growing North Orlando-based team. The role offers competitive hourly pay and flexible hours, with options for school-based schedules and mentorship from a clinical director.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools and families, while maintaining thorough clinical documentation and engaging in ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Active Medicaid provider license is required.
• 1+ year ABA experience preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome).
• Solid understanding of ABA principles and ethics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide BCBA supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).
