Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for both full-time and part-time roles in Texas. We provide in-home ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with flexible schedules and the option to work from home when not in active sessions.

We offer top pay, a $5,000 first-year bonus for full-time staff, and comprehensive benefits including medical and life insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, CEU membership, renewal reimbursement, and referral

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism.
• Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in-home visits).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
• Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs).
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families.
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

BCBA Pay Rate:

$65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).

First Year Bonus:

$5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.
