Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with top pay and flexible hours.

Responsibilities include FBAs, skill assessments, and supervising therapists, with comprehensive administrative support and a focus on work-life balance. Qualified candidates hold BCBA certification, have at least one year of experience with Autism, and excel in communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism.
• Strong skills in communication and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments.
• Use tools like VB-MAPP, MAS, Vineland-3.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs).
• Provide training to staff, caregivers and families.
• Track progress, analyze data and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

BCBA Pay Rate

$65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).

First Year Bonus

$5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.
