Job summary

B Above Autism Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Indiana, offering part-time and full-time roles with competitive hourly pay of $70–$90 plus bonuses. We support flexible scheduling and a collaborative, clinician-focused culture.

You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for children with autism, under guidance from the Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress
• Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback
