Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in Texas is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for both full-time and part-time roles. You will conduct FBAs and VB-MAPP assessments, develop and supervise behavior intervention plans, and support RBTs in in-home sessions.

The position offers top pay ($65–$95/hour, commensurate with experience), flexible hours with no minimum caseload, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical and life insurance, 401(k) with matching, PTO, renewal reimbursement, CEU

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with Autism.
• Skilled in writing behavior plans and data analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments.
• Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, Vineland-3.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs).
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families.

Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

BCBA Pay Rate

$65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).

First Year Bonus

$5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.
