Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in Texas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with competitive pay and flexible hours.

The role involves conducting FBAs, using VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3, supervising RBTs, and delivering staff training while maintaining detailed progress records. Excellent communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with Autism.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

BCBA Pay Rate: $65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).

First Year Bonus: $5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.
