Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Utah is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise RBTs, develop personalized, data-driven treatment plans, and support families both in therapy and at home. The role emphasizes collaboration with other professionals to ensure high-quality client care and a positive, growth-focused team culture.

The BCBA will oversee clinical delivery, ensure ethical, client-centered services, and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification (BACB).
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Utah or eligible to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide mentorship.
• Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans.
• Support families with strategies for home and therapy settings.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Your Role:

• Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.

What You Bring:

• A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.


• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).


• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.


• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.


• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
