Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise RBT staff, develop data-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals. The role emphasizes balanced work-life and professional growth in a supportive, innovative environment.

Applicants should hold BCBA certification and a Utah LBA eligibility or license, with a relevant Master’s/ Doctorate in ABA or psychology. Hybrid work and ongoing CEU opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Utah Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligible before starting.
  • Master’s or Doctorate in ABA, psychology, or related field.

Your Role
  • Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
  • Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs and progress.
  • Support families with strategies and tools to foster success in and outside of therapy.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity and excellence in client care.
  • Build a positive, solutions-oriented environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
What You Bring
  • A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
  • A passion for empowering individuals and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
