Job summary

Acclimate ABA is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical services with a focus on supervision of RBTs and data-informed treatment planning. You will support families, collaborate with professionals, and drive client-centered outcomes.

You bring BCBA certification, a doctorate or master’s in ABA/psychology, and strong organizational and communication skills; travel to client locations is required. Hybrid work and ongoing professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and licensed status where applicable.
• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA/psychology or related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; valid driver’s license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs and progress.
• Support families with strategies and tools to foster success in and outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity and excellence in client care.

Your Role

• Support families with strategies and tools to foster success in and outside of therapy.

What You Bring

• A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• A passion for empowering individuals and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
