Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Missouri is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services with a focus on quality care and collaborative teamwork. The role includes supervision of RBTs, data-driven treatment planning, and family support to promote meaningful progress for clients.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required and current.
  • LBA eligibility in Utah or ability to obtain before start.
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation for client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with mentorship and feedback.
  • Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans for clients.
  • Support families with strategies to foster progress at home and in therapy.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Foster a positive, solutions-oriented, collaborative work environment.

Your Role
  • Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.

What You Bring
  • A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
  • A passion for empowering individuals and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
